Indoor environment
A good indoor environment is optimally attuned to the use function to perform optimally. Current legislation and regulations only set minimum performance requirements when it comes to aspects such as safety and health for the user. This does not mean that a workstation also satisfies well, in order to be able to deliver the required work performance. There is also a causal link between the degree of satisfaction of users about the indoor environment and absenteeism.
New construction
The process of translation from indoor environment ambitions, to performance requirements, to design, specifications and then in the realization up to and including delivery of the work, does not happen automatically. It is a process in which many different disciplines are directly or indirectly involved, each with its own tasks and responsibilities.
We are happy to help you to visualize the risks for you and to advise you how to keep them as small as possible and the process remains clear to all parties and the requested quality can be delivered.
Existing situations
The different aspects that define a certain quality of an indoor environment can be determined. The performance provided by a building or installation can be tested on the basis of measurements and calculations. DOERK specializes in researching and quantifying indoor environmental performance and testing it against: Building Decree, a legally acquired level, fresh schools, a GGD guideline or any performance requirements.
